Market Fresh

One of the many things I love about my neighborhood is the farmer's market. It runs every Saturday between May and November, and has become a weekend ritual of mine. I always take lots of pictures when I visit the market. Some I may print and frame for the kitchen, others may become water colors, and many will adorn the inspiration wall in my studio.

The little green colander and other assorted pottery is by Jane Hendley, a local artist. I love it and think about buying it every time I see it or a variation of it at her stand. Maybe next weekend I'll finally bring it home with me.

Full Circle

First there was the website, then the Etsy shop, and now a blog to tie it all together. Check back regularly for design finds, inspiration, or just to see the latest project I'm tackling.

Speaking of projects, I'm in the midst of wrapping up two wedding coloring books. Both couples are planning spectacular weddings, chock full of delightful details. This of course makes my job of creating custom coloring books not only easy, but fun. Here's a sneak peek at some of the illustrations I have been working on...
